Frequently Asked Questions
How does the 60-second setup work?
After payment, you'll choose your subdomain and enter your AWS SES credentials. We automatically provision a dedicated Hetzner server, configure DNS, and deploy your Mailat instance. Most setups complete in under 2 minutes.
Do I need my own AWS account?
Yes, you need an AWS account with SES (Simple Email Service) configured. This gives you full control over your email sending reputation and keeps your emails separate from other users.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change plans at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to more resources. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel?
Your service remains active until the end of your current billing period. You can export your data anytime. After the period ends, there's a 7-day grace period before server deletion.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial, but you can cancel within the first 7 days for a full refund if you're not satisfied.
What's the difference between shared and dedicated IP?
Shared IP means your server shares an IP address with other customers. Dedicated IP gives you a unique IP address, which is better for email deliverability and reputation management.
