How long does server setup take?

Your dedicated server is typically ready within 2-3 minutes for Regular/Dedicated plans, and 5-10 minutes for Enterprise plans with custom domains.

Do I need my own AWS account?

Yes, you need to bring your own AWS credentials with SES access. This gives you full control over your sending reputation and costs.

Can I use my own domain?

Enterprise plan customers can use their own custom domain (e.g., mail.yourcompany.com). Regular and Dedicated plans use a subdomain on mailat.co.

What happens if I cancel?

Your server remains active until the end of your billing period. You can export your data during this time. After cancellation, there is a 7-day grace period before the server is permanently deleted.
